1. Delivery Charges

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location:

1. Inside Dhaka: ৳60
2. Dhaka Suburbs (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj): ৳100
3. Outside Dhaka (All over Bangladesh): ৳130
4. Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above ৳3000.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, you can expect delivery within:

1. Inside Dhaka: 1–3 Business Days
2. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 Business Days

Note: Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays, mega sales, political instability or extreme weather conditions.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

1. Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call or SMS from our team.
2. Tracking: Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we will provide a Tracking ID via SMS/Inbox so you can monitor your package in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. Inside Dhaka: 100% Cash on Delivery is available.
2. Outside Dhaka: To confirm orders outside Dhaka, we require a partial advance payment of the delivery charge (৳130) via bKash/Nagad. The remaining product price can be paid at the time of delivery.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

We highly recommend checking the product while the delivery person is still present.
